I am perfectly satisfied with the products and amazed by the competence and responsiveness of Jeremy.
To my shame, I preferred to Kleor plugins another WordPress plugin. Two months of trouble and a failure later, I ordered the Commerce Manager + Membership Manager package.
The product does everything I want: sell physical products, sell digital products, and especially sell the access to premium content. The icing on the cake, the interface is simple and easily understandable despite the complexity of the tool. Contrary to what I originally feared, everything is customizable: messages, buttons…
In fact, I needed only twice the help of Jeremy. The first time I was surprised by the responsiveness (response time of less than an hour on a holiday!) and the accuracy of the response. The second time, Jeremy encouraged me to give up the easy way I was going (for the download of PDF files) and helped me to implement a better solution for the clients. Finally it was much easier than I thought.
In conclusion, I am perfectly satisfied with the products and amazed by the competence and responsiveness of Jeremy.
